Crisis Services


Supporting Youth In Need

Family & Children Services provides programs for youth experiencing a crisis. These programs include Mobile Crisis Response, which provides immediate intervention and follow-up services, and Therapeutic Residential Youth Services which provides temporary homes and therapeutic services for youth experiencing behavioral health instability while in out-of-home care.

Our crisis services include:

  • Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) – For Kalamazoo residents, around-the-clock, immediate intervention when a youth 17 or younger is experiencing an acute mental health and/or substance use crisis.
