Thank you so much to Dr. Kelli Collins, Board Member for Family & Children Services, for hosting a beautiful spring brunch benefitting our Summer Enrichment Program.

Despite her house being one of many who had lost power the night before due to massive storms, Dr. Collins managed a day of friends, delicious food, drinks, and flower arranging while hearing about our Agency, it’s programs, and the many ways to help our clients. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Collins, her husband and children, and all who came out for their support. Thank you!!

*And thank you to her extraordinary children who celebrated the day with beautiful chalk art!

*Shout out to @flowerfield_farmstead for the unbelievably gorgeous flowers and experience!

We envision a community where accessible mental health services are available for all who need them. We know the many obstacles that can prevent people from getting the help they need and we are committed to being part of the solution that sees those obstacles come down.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and this year’s theme is, “In Every Story, There is Strength.” We know each person’s story is different but our clients still have much in common; they are resilient and strong.

Sharing our burdens allows for understanding and empathy and together, we can build towards hope.

Thank you so much to the Stryker volunteers who came out to our Kalamazoo offices and helped beautify our outdoor spaces!! Thanks to many donors and volunteers over the years, our outdoor spaces are a safe and beautiful place where children and families can run, explore, and bond during family session times.

As the weather gets warmer, the sounds of delight as children play on our playground or chase each other are always heard and appreciated by staff. We are so grateful to Stryker for getting our outdoor space ready for the season!
