Offering Help When & Where It’s Needed
Family & Children Services offers in-home and community-based mental health services to support young adults, youth, and families who are struggling with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, and/or substance use. The common goal of these programs is to increase individual and family functioning by providing the right forms of in-home and community-based support.
To provide caring, responsive, and convenient mental health services, we focus our efforts on:
- Family and Community Treatment (FACT) – An intensive, integrated, home-based treatment approach, serving the entire family of a youth experiencing a serious emotional disturbance and having difficulties in multiple areas of life.
- Case Management – Serving youth and young adults (up to 26 years), who have a mental illness or developmental disability.
