I have worked at Family & Children Services for over 25 years working in the areas of case management, home-based therapy, crisis services and family preservation programming. I have extensive work in suicide prevention and assessment. I had the opportunity to work with community initiatives in suicide prevention and overdose prevention. I have a passion for working with youth and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, and parenting support. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trust-based relational intervention, and the use of Love and Logic to support parents.
My primary focus is on meeting a person where they are at and supporting them in reaching their treatment goals.
