I believe all limitations are self-imposed, therefore my mission is to help my clients discover and/or rediscover their own unique way of operating in this world. Helping them celebrate and activate their uniqueness so they can be guided towards fulfillment.
I have been providing specialized services for clients and their families for over 25 years. I have served in numerous roles advancing the mission of improving the quality of life for individuals that are experiencing mental health and behavioral issues. I have provided strategic leadership to clinical and educational teams addressing a person’s psychiatric condition, social and emotional needs, educational needs, communication skills, adaptive behavior, and disabilities resulting from traumatic brain injuries.
Prior to joining the counseling center team, I have served in roles such as senior clinician/therapist; rehabilitation counselor; school culture and climate coordinator; director of residential programs serving adolescent and their families addressing delinquency, sex offenses, substance abuse, autism spectrum, and other mental health and developmental concerns.
